Payment Overview

Appsmaya currently offers PayPal as the available payment method for online purchases. Customers can use their PayPal account and the payment options supported by PayPal during checkout.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can proceed through our fulfillment process. An order confirmation indicates that the order has been received; it does not necessarily mean that the payment has completed every stage of processing.

PayPal

PayPal is currently the only payment method available at Appsmaya. During checkout, you will be directed through the applicable PayPal payment process to authorize your purchase.

Appsmaya does not control which additional funding sources PayPal makes available to an individual customer. Any questions about PayPal account functionality, account restrictions, or funding sources should be directed to PayPal.

How Checkout Works

After selecting your products and proceeding to checkout, follow the payment instructions presented on the website. When PayPal is selected, the payment process will be handled through the PayPal checkout experience.

1. Review the products, quantities, shipping information, and order total in your cart.
2. Proceed to checkout and select PayPal as the available payment method.
3. Follow the PayPal instructions to sign in or complete the applicable payment authorization.
4. Review the transaction details before confirming payment.
5. Return to the applicable order confirmation page after the payment process has been completed.

Please verify your shipping address and order details carefully before completing payment. Once an order enters processing, cancellation or changes may no longer be possible.

Payment Security

Payment information is handled through the applicable payment processing infrastructure. PayPal may collect and process payment information according to its own privacy policy, security practices, and terms.

Appsmaya does not request that customers send payment card details, PayPal passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials to our support email.

Order Confirmation

After a successful checkout, Appsmaya will process the order information necessary to fulfill your purchase. Customers should retain their order confirmation and order number for future reference.

If you do not receive an expected confirmation, please check the email address used during checkout and review your PayPal transaction information before contacting our support team.

If an order appears to have been charged but you do not receive confirmation from Appsmaya, please contact us so that we can review the transaction and order status.

Payment Issues

Occasionally, a payment may not be completed because of an issue with the PayPal account, funding source, authorization, billing information, security verification, or other transaction conditions.

If Your Payment Is Declined

• Confirm that your PayPal account is active and available for use.
• Check whether PayPal requires additional verification.
• Review the funding source associated with your PayPal account.
• Confirm that the information requested during checkout is accurate.
• Contact PayPal if the issue relates specifically to your PayPal account or payment authorization.

If the payment cannot be successfully authorized, the order may not be completed. Please do not submit multiple orders unnecessarily while troubleshooting a payment issue, as this may result in duplicate order attempts.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are handled according to Appsmaya's applicable Return & Refund Policy. When a refund is approved, it will generally be processed back through the original payment method used for the transaction.

The time required for a completed refund to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on PayPal and the customer's financial institution.

Payment & Order Processing

A successfully completed payment allows an order to move forward toward fulfillment. Appsmaya's standard handling time is 1 business day, followed by an estimated 2–6 business day transit period.

Shipping and fulfillment timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside Appsmaya's direct control, including carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other transportation conditions.
